Operations Manager
We are looking for an Operations Manager who will serve as the hub of our daily operations. 

Core responsibilities:

• Schedule Oversight: Ensure the schedule and routes for all the technicians are up to date and include the essential information for them to provide excellent service to our clients and all foreseeable problems are avoided. 
• Integration: Under the direction of the CEO, this person will take the lead in implementing new systems and processes that improve daily operations of the company. 
• Technician Support: Maintain regular communication with techs in the field during the day, assisting them as needed with unexpected situations that may arise. Review technician reports daily to ensure they are accurate. 
• Customer Assistance: Help both existing and new clients schedule the treatments they need.
• Inbound Sales: Ability to close new customers on the phone when they call or email about their pest control needs. New inbound leads come in by phone, email and Yelp. 
• Invoicing: Ensure that all residential jobs are paid day-of, and all commercial jobs are invoiced promptly to be paid net-30
• Other Administrative duties: Sending out service reminders, invoice reminders, estimates, filing, ordering needed supplies, and other administrative duties as they arise.

Position Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive problem solving skills — anticipate issues before they arise and drive to solve them independently
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment, willingness to learn the ins and outs of pests and the pest industry
• Eye for Improvement — always looking to improve operations and systems, willingness to roll up sleeves to make changes
• Good sense of direction — we will need you to know the Washington Metro area well to be able to route jobs efficiently
• Excellent time management skills
• Great follow-up and follow-through — good memory, good organizational skills
• Enjoys working with customers and team members
• Has a friendly attitude and a sense of humor
• Proficient with technology. We are a mostly paperless company.
• Office and/or customer service preferred. No pest control experience necessary. 
• Familiarity with or openness to learn EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) for businesses, playing key “Integrator” roll

Service Technician

Pay: $16/hour and up, commensurate with experience.

We are seeking a hard-working, highly motivated general Service Technician. In this position you will provide timely and cost-effective pest inspection, elimination and prevention solutions to our customers. We may also train you to work with canines to offer bed bug detection. We are searching for someone with a positive attitude, good character, and a strong work ethic. Applicants must have a clean driving record and pass a criminal background check.
